Who We Are
Founder & President
Frank is the father of five children and a very active member of his church and community. He is dedicated to setting the foundation vision and strategy to improve Mental Healthcare in the U.S. so no other parent or sibling has to live through the tragedy that happened to his son Eric. He brings the drive and persistence from a background of 25 years in high tech startup sales to addressing the epidemic impacting our youth.
Social Engagement Coordinator
Willem is currently attending the University of Toledo to obtain a B.A in mechanical engineering. He provides assistance to the Eric Domanico Foundation including social media presence, networking, and communications. Willem is proud to support the Eric Domanico Foundation because of his life long friendship with Eric, and his strong belief for mental health awareness.
Marie has spent her entire career in Education. She retired as a Teacher Consultant/Resource Room Teacher from the West Bloomfield School District and recently joined The Roeper School as Coordinator of Learning Support. Marie is also a member of the BeFit Racing Team supporting youth fitness and wellbeing through mentoring and coaching at The Boys and Girls Club of South Oakland County. She is proud to serve on the Eric Domanico Foundation Board and continue her work supporting others in need.
Ashley Elswick (she/they) is earning a B.A. in Political Science Pre-Law while double minoring in Music and Philosophy at West Virginia University. She provides assistance to The Eric Domanico Foundation by doing program managing, social media support, and serving on the virtual board. Ashley is proud to support The Eric Domanico Foundation to honor her best friend’s legacy and serve as an advocate for mental healthcare, and mental health awareness.
Social Engagement Coordinator
Colleen O’Connor (she/her) is a graduate of South Lyon High School and is currently an undergraduate student at Western Michigan University.
Colleen is incredibly honored to be part of The Eric Domanico Foundation and will be co-managing social media engagement . She hopes to reach as many youth artists as possible and support them and their mental health.
Eric played a huge role in Colleen’s life as her best friend and she is eager to support those struggling through this foundation, in honor of him.
Musical Outreach Coordinator
Jeff Siegfried serves as professor of saxophone at West Virginia University, Eric’s alma mater. Jeff is deeply honored to be a part of The Eric Domanico Foundation, where he coordinates musical outreach, bringing Eric’s legacy to musicians he would have met and audiences he would have moved if he had only had more time. He believes strongly in the cause of mental health awareness and hopes that The Eric Domanico Foundation will serve to improve the lives of many young musicians like Eric.
Meg Domanico Hood
Meg Domanico Hood brings more than 20 years of extensive marketing, customer success, and professional sales experience from the technology industry. Meg is one of Frank Domanico’s four siblings and Eric’s aunt. She joins the Eric Domanico foundation as a communications advisor, where she hopes to reach our youth and bridge the gap between resources and mental health wellness for aspiring musicians.
